簡介
休斯頓大學戲劇系畢業的奎德，繼哥哥倫迪後步入演藝圈。學生時期，他開始表演喜劇，也做過侍者、建築工人等，21歲那年前往洛杉磯尋求發展。寂寂無聞地走過12個年頭後，才以《大出意外》走紅影壇，銀幕形象多?桀驁不馴的獨行俠。奎德對音樂亦十分敏銳，曾?自己的作品《往日未了情》等寫過插曲，並發行個人專輯。1991年情人節與女星梅格萊恩結婚，2000年因梅格萊恩與克洛羅素鬧緋聞而勞燕分飛。這幾年在螢光幕上穩定地以堅毅中年男子形象深獲影迷觀眾認同。
