簡介
出生於肯德基州的演藝家庭，20歲便進入電視界，演過多齣影集，也在一些電影中跑龍套。90年代因在影集《急診室的春天》裡飾演醫師而名氣暴漲，1997年躍升?新的蝙蝠俠主演《蝙蝠俠第四集：急凍人》，在好萊塢備受囑目。但直至1999年的《奪寶大作戰》才真正成為票房紅星，2000年的《天搖地動》更上一層樓。千禧年之後，喬治克龍尼曾以《諜對諜》獲得奧斯卡最佳男配角獎，2010年《型男飛行日誌》也獲得好評並得到奧斯卡的提名。
