　　改編自英國推理女王阿嘉莎克莉絲蒂的暢銷同名經典之作《東方快車謀殺案》，描述名偵探赫丘勒白羅搭上了一台開往歐洲的豪華列車「東方快車」，然而這台前往西歐的特快車在旅途中竟不幸遇大雪而停駛，更令人雪上加霜的是在這密閉的空間中，竟然還發生了一樁離奇的謀殺案。
　　同一個車廂承載著13位來自不同的國家以及有著不同社會階層的乘客，他們每一位都是嫌疑犯，白羅必須跟時間賽跑，趕緊在兇手再度痛下毒手前將他/她緝拿到案……
