　　快樂就這麼簡單！

　　心理醫生海克(賽門佩格飾)有車有房，還有個正妹女友(羅莎蒙派克飾)，是人人稱羨的「人生勝利組」。但他的病人總是快樂不起來、而他的感情生活也毫無進展，於是他決定一個人旅行，全球走透透尋找讓人快樂的秘方。

　　海克遠赴中國、非洲、跟洛杉磯等地，認識了富商(史戴倫史柯斯嘉飾)、西藏高僧、甚至跟毒梟(尚雷諾飾)變成了好友。這趟追尋之旅，在歷經嚇死人的小飛機、傳染病、差點丟掉性命的烏龍綁票案…等各種意外插曲後，他終於明白，其實，每個人都擁有快樂的能力！
